 Entry Requirements  
Raffle Duration: 
The Raffle will run from the 03rd May 2024 until the 31st of May 2024 midnight. (Closing date inclusive) 


To Enter 

• You must log onto our website and donate a minimum of €10.00 (We would be grateful if you could include the little fee in your donation however it is not compulsory!) 

• You must share & comment on our Facebook page or Instagram. 

Eligibility 

• You must be 18 or over (on the date of draw) to enter the draw. 

• Steph’s A.R.K reserves the right to reject any entry (and award the prize to an alternative winner) if it has grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally or on other reasonable grounds and shall have no liability to the entrant for any loss or damage arising from such rejection. 

• No members of Steph’s A.R.K can enter the raffle including members of the board. 

• The raffle is subject to all applicable, state, and local laws and regulations in the Republic of Ireland. 

Lottery Licence 
The promoter was granted a Lottery Permit by the District Court on 22.03.24 in accordance with section 27B of the Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 1956 as inserted by section 11 of the Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 2019. 

By entering this Raffle all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other conditions in the messaging or promotions of this. Any entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The terms and conditions herein are governed by Irish Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. 


Notification of Winners 
The Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw through the form agreed. Steph’s A.R.K decision is final. We cannot accept responsibility if the winner cannot be contacted, is not eligible or fails to claim the prize within 28 days of notification sent. Proof of identity will be required when collecting the prize.

By entering this raffle, the winner agrees to have their names publicly announced on our website and social media platforms. 

How we use your information 
Steph’s A.R.K fully respects and protects your privacy. Therefore, your information provided will be only used for contacting the winners through our website and/ or our social media channels. 

Limitation of Liability Clause 
Steph’s A.R.K (to the extent as is permitted by law) it’s representatives, suppliers or partners will not be held responsible or be liable to compensate the winner for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in redeeming or when making use of the prize. (Unless in the circumstances that it is proved to be the negligence of Steph’s A.R.K, it’s employees, partners, or representatives) 

Prize 
Prize winners will be drawn from a hat (Meaning they will be chosen randomly and therefore all eligible entrants will be in with a chance to win the prize.) 

1st Prize (2 x tickets to Kings of Leon Marlay Park Dublin on the 06th of July) 

2nd Prize (€50 voucher for Mc Hugh’s Chemist in Kildare Town) 

3rd Prize (€20 Voucher from Supervalu)
